No Show / Late / Cancellation Fee


Appointment times are reserved especially for you! To allow for un-pressured pampering time for your appointment, and

to be sure we are true to our mission and commitment of being consistently on time, our policy is that we may

re-schedule clients that are more than 15-minutes late to their scheduled appointment.


Being on time for your appointment is greatly appreciated to ensure you receive your full service and other clients are not inconvenienced.  If you are more than fifteen minutes late, you may be asked to reschedule your appointment.


Please keep in mind that no shows or last minute cancellations would leave our professionals with empty appointment times that could have been utilized by another client. This is why we require a 24 hour advance cancellation notice,

(48 hour notice for braiding/weaving services) on all scheduled salon appointments. If appointments are cancelled within 24-48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment, service charges will not apply and we will gladly reschedule your appointment.


Any appointment changes or cancellations without adequate notice will be charged a "$35 Late/Cancellation" fee.


Clients who abuse this policy will need to prepay all future appointments.


Clients with 3 no-show appointments within a 90 period will need to prepay all future appointments.

A cancellation within one hour of the scheduled appointment, or an appointment canceled after the scheduled time of the appointment will be considered a no show.


Although we sympathize with illness and family emergencies, we cannot be responsible for any last minute cancellations or no shows.  Unfortunately, exceptions to this policy are not permitted. 


Again clients must give the salon adequate notice to avoid "$35 Late/Cancellation" fee.


Anyone arriving too late to receive services will be charged the "$35 Late Cancellation" fee.


Same day appointments that cancel are also subject to "$35 Late Cancellation" fee.  




As a courtesy to other salon guests, and in our efforts to offer a relaxed and professional atmosphere we ask that you do not bring children  to the salon if they are not receiving a service. I n the event that you show up with your child, we will have to reschedule your appointment It is disturbing to other clients and it is not fair to your child to expect them to sit for hours quietly waiting for you to complete your services.


We accept children as clients, however, we ask that your child be at least 4 years old and have the maturity to sit long enough to have their hair serviced. We require that you accompany children under 8 years old while they are having their hair serviced. In the event that your child is not able to tolerate having their hair done, we will be forced to discontinue their services and there will be a $35 service fee


We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.




All fees for services rendered are expected at time of services. We will be more than happy to discuss all charges and fees.  Considering that all services are individually priced, please request a total price prior to receiving services. 

We accept Cash, Visa, Master Card, Discover and PayPal.   Also for your convenience you can pay for services from our website on the Salon Services Page.  Sorry, No Checks accepted 





“A deposit of $75.00 is required to confirm your appointment. If for any reason you need to cancel or reschedule, please call at least 48 hours in advance to enable us to accommodate other clients in your place. All appointments cancelled 48 hours in advance shall be eligible for a full refund of deposit. Failure to comply with this policy will result in forfeiture of your deposit.” 




No Smoking


For everyone’s enjoyment and health, Head Turners is a no smoking environment.




Cellular Phones 


Please refrain the use of cell phones once you are being serviced by your stylist.  To be appreciative of everyone's time if it is nesseray to stop your service so the you may take a call we will start service on the next client.  We appreciate your cooperation and apologize for any inconvenience.

Our highest commitment to your privacy. Your personal information is confidential. This includes your address, phone numbers and email address on file. We do not share your personal information or email with third parties. We will never share, sell, or rent individual personal information.
